Billy Ray Cyrus (s. 25. elokuuta 1961, Flatwoods, Kentucky, USA) on yhdysvaltalainen country-laulaja ja näyttelijä. Hänet tunnetaan hittisinglestään "Achy Breaky Heart" (1992).

Vuosina 2001–2004 Cyrus näytteli tv-sarjassa Doc. Vuonna 2006 hän näytteli Disney Channelin sarjassa "Hannah Montana" tyttärensä Miley Cyruksen kanssa.
